All goods sold are not refundable or returnable once the good is received in good condition with Delivery Order signed.
CASSAMIA Sdn Bhd takes no responsibility after the goods is received unless it’s found and examined in manufacturing defects.
In any case that customer reject to receive the goods where as it is in good condition because of change of mind or any other reasons, there will be no refund for the cancellation.
For manufacturing defects products, once we have checked and confirm the cause of the damage, products will be exchange or fix within 10 working days and there will be no refund.
